CRYPTOGRAPHY
yeah so the lazy bum blogger was studying some new topics he found out. One of them came out to be cryptography.
So, cryptography is the art and science of converting ordinary information into gibberish and converting it back to its original, meaningful form. It can be done by two of the following ways--
1. By either using simple procedures or
2. By using very complicated mathematical algorithms.
Cryptography is basically used for hiding some information from the people who are ready to intercept the transfer of information from you to someone or vice-versa.
Do I use cryptography?
Yes, you do. All the people who use internet do use cryptography.
1. Do you use Facebook?
2. Do you use Gmail?
3. Have you ever opened a PDF or ZIP file that asked for a password from you?
4. Did you ever use an HTTPS site?
5. Do you ever chat with your friends on Facebook?
6. Do you fill forms on the Internet?
If the answer to all these questions is "no" then maybe you are one of the dumbest person alive in this era. But according to my algorithmic, science-mathematical crap I guess there is hardly anyone who would say "no" to all the questions.
Cryptography is everywhere and we use it daily. It doesn't only involve using arcane commands on a black terminal. It's also not that the people who use computers are the only ones to use cryptography. People, people, people ...........remember the time when you saved your girlfriend's/boyfriend's name as Bella or Edward because you are a fan of the (in)famous Twilight series.....?
The lazy blogger will be back.........do wait for him......he has got many more things to tell you people.........
